UX Writer
You will create, refine, proofread, and propose clear Japanese UX copy and microcopy for mobile apps and web services. You will write user communications such as push notifications, emails, alerts, and error messages. You will use research to address user challenges and align copy with writing guidelines, brand tone, design, and technical requirements. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve the end-to-end user journey.
Responsibilities
- Create, refine, proofread, and propose Japanese UX copy and microcopy for mobile apps and web services
- Optimize UX writing for consumer and corporate banking apps, mini apps, and web services
- Write push notifications, emails, error messages, and other user communications
- Propose copy that follows writing guidelines and brand tone while meeting design and development requirements
- Conduct internal and external research to create data-driven copy that solves user challenges
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve the user journey
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Japanese UX writing or content writing experience
