We are looking for a decent person that also has some solid experience with .Net and C#.You should be passionate about

• User experience and goal-directed design
• .Net and C#
• Style, presentation, and design

You should be very strong on all of the following

• HTML/CSS – not a web designer, but extremely good at implementing markup
• Javascript (at least one of the 7,000 JS frameworks)
• Performance optimization, SQL tuning, caching strategies
• Amazon Web Services (AWS e.g. S3, EC2)
• Ability to own projects end-to-end
