Vacant position for brewer with min. 7 years of work experience in a brewery

Are you an experienced brewer with a minimum of 7 years in the industry, passionate about

delivering great results – both in terms of efficient production and leading a dedicated team?

And do you have the brewing credentials and ambition to take one of Denmark's most

exciting craft breweries to the next level? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for.

We are a small outfit, and teamwork is a natural part of everyday life here. As a person you are

independent and collaborative, comfortable switching between tasks, and you thrive in an

environment that can be unpredictable. Experience in a craft brewery or food production

setting is an advantage. Knowledge of brewing processes and filling machinery goes a long way.

Your primary responsibilities will cover the full scope of production and brewing:

– Brewing, fermentation and quality control across all products

– Work together with the owners on the beer portfolio

– Lead and develop the beer portfolio, incl. IPAs, farmhouse ales and barrel-aged styles

– Operation, preparation and change-overs of the filling machinery (bottling machine and keg

filler)

– Production planning and management in close cooperation with the brewery's owners

– Continuous control and follow-up on quality, efficiency and hygiene throughout the

production

– Optimize internal logistics and supply chain

– Trouble shooting and repairs on machinery in the event of stoppages or disturbances

– Cleaning during and after production runs

Ebeltoft Gaardbryggeri is a renowned craft brewery and soft drinks maker, established in 2008

by Helle and Peder Zacho Hansen, scenically situated in Hyllested Skovgårde – a village a few

kilometers from the idyllic town of Ebeltoft on the east coast of Jutland. Driven by passion, we

produce quality beer and soft drinks for the domestic and export markets, bars, restaurants

and niche-outlets. Production runs year-round, and in the summer season we open for visitors

at our bar and bottle-shop by the brewery.
