Heirloom Vacations is hiring dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers to help maintain our boutique vacation rentals throughout Duluth and the North Shore.
This is a great opportunity for college students seeking full-time summer hours, as well as applicants looking for year-round part-time or full-time work with growth potential.
No prior housekeeping experience required — we provide paid, on-the-job training and welcome individuals looking to start a career in hospitality.
Applicants must have:
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Flexible Weekday and Weekend Availability
What You’ll Do
- Clean and stage vacation rental properties to company standards
- Ensure every property is spotless, organized, and guest-ready
- Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines
- Communicate property needs with management and maintenance teams
