• Develop vaccination-service opportunities: In NHS accounts, support understanding of local vaccination pathways and implementation opportunities; in private accounts, work with providers to assess service potential, site coverage, customer readiness, and sustainable growth.

• Coordinate cross-functional execution: Bring the appropriate Pfizer specialists into account opportunities early, clarify responsibilities and dependencies, and maintain an effective link between the customer and internal teams.

• Use insight and appropriate channels effectively: Combine account reviews, field insight and approved data or digital resources to tailor engagement, share learning, and inform wider vaccines planning.

• Deliver with integrity: Maintain clear boundaries between promotional and non-promotional activity, follow applicable Pfizer requirements and the ABPI Code, and ensure customer proposals receive the appropriate internal review.

Collaboration:

• To work collaboratively with cross functional head office & field colleagues to direct resource deployment and drive delivery of the account plans

• Provide an unrivalled approach to collaborating and optimizing synergies within Integrated Care Systems in England, relevant integrated care bodies in the devolved nations, One Pfizer, and customer networks

• Sharing intelligence and customer insights with marketing and other key internal stakeholders to influence and impact brand and above brand strategies and identify opportunities to co-tailor programs and solutions

• They will act as a gateway to navigate the customer to the right resource via the right channel and reflect this approach in the account plans.
