Job Overview

The Valet is responsible for the professional greeting of guests, the safe handling of their vehicles, and the efficient management of the parking area. You are the "bookends" of a guest's experience—the first person they see when they arrive and the last person they see when they leave.

Key Duties

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate, park, and retrieve various vehicle types (including manual transmissions and electric vehicles).

• Customer Service: Assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and answer questions about the facility or local area.

• Documentation: Issue parking stubs, perform vehicle damage inspections upon arrival, and manage key organization systems.

• Site Maintenance: Keep the entrance (porte-cochere) clear of traffic, debris, and unauthorized vehicles.

• Financial Handling: In some roles, you may be responsible for processing parking fees or validating tickets.
