About the role

At Intelier Hotels & Suites, we are looking to hire a valet for our Hotel Intelier Palacio San Martín, an emblematic 4-star hotel located in the center of Madrid. We are looking for a committed, organized person with a vocation for service, who wants to be part of the housekeeping team, providing operational support to the department and contributing to guaranteeing the quality and comfort of our guests.

What you'll do

Distribution of clean linen and removal of dirty linen on the different floors of the hotel. Replenishment of amenities, operational material, and supplies necessary for the housekeeping department. Setup and removal of extra beds and cribs. Maintenance of order and the correct organization of service areas, hallways, and service zones. Operational support to the housekeeping team and the maintenance department in small interventions and basic tasks. Detection and communication of technical issues in rooms and common areas. Transfer of materials, tools, and equipment between different areas of the hotel. Control and recording of incidents detected during daily operations.

What we're looking for

Minimum level of education required: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
