Essential:

1. Valid Tennessee driver’s license.

2. Excellent driving record.

3. Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads.

4. 3 years experience driving vehicles.

5. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

6. Compute basic arithmetic.

7. Ability to:

· drive all vehicle types.

· provide legible communication and direction.

· use a beeper/radio/telephone

· focus on guests’ needs.

· prioritize, organize and make good judgments.

· maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions.

· ensure security of vehicles and hotel property.

· maintain confidentiality of guest information, associate information and pertinent hotel data.

· perform assignments with minimal supervision.

· work cohesively with associates as part of a team.

· satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner.

· maintain regular and punctual attendance.

· adhere to Peabody grooming standards.
