Valet Parking Attendant (HILO)

Job Overview
We are seeking full-time and part-time dedicated and customer-focused Valet Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth parking experience for our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive various types of vehicles. The rate of pay is $17/hour.
Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Provide valet parking services, ensuring that all vehicles are parked securely and retrieved promptly upon request.
Maintain a clean and organized parking area while adhering to safety protocols.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures, policies, and any special requests.
Assist with any additional guest inquiries or concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless operation during peak hours.
Perform routine checks on parked vehicles to ensure their safety and security.

Qualifications

Must have a valid drivers license.
Strong driving skills and a clean driving record
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Valet parking experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
A team player willing to collaborate with colleagues.
