Validation Engineer (Manufacturing MNC, Contract) #HRY
Description
Location: Changi, Singapore (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Transport: Company transport available from Tampines, Punggol, Yishun and Sembawang.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the setup and commissioning of five new manufacturing equipment lines.
- Plan and execute equipment validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Test Method Validation (TMV) and Operational Qualification (OQ).
- Optimise manufacturing processes and equipment through continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and execute validation protocols, conduct experiments, analyse results and prepare validation reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA and non-conformances.
- Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials for production teams.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, resources and activities with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and external vendors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during testing and validation activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Must have experience setting up new manufacturing equipment lines and executing equipment validation activities.
Advantageous Skills
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Ability to interpret pneumatic diagrams.
Familiarity with MES, CAD software and MS Project.
Experience with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes or medical device regulations.
