Description

At Quest, Inc., we believe every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and live as independently as possible. As a Validation Coordinator, you'll help transform goals into real-life outcomes for adults with disabilities. From creating individualized learning programs to coaching staff and tracking progress, you'll play an important role in helping individuals build new skills and increase their independence.

This is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Training Center in Apopka. You'll travel throughout the Orlando area to support our group homes, collaborate with staff, observe programs in action, and provide guidance that helps individuals achieve meaningful success.

Develop individualized skill-building programs that help adults with disabilities achieve greater independence.
Break complex life skills into achievable, teachable steps and create supporting training materials.

Conduct skill assessments and validate when individuals have successfully mastered goals.
Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming to ensure positive outcomes.
Collaborate with residential, behavioral, and operational teams to support person-centered goals.
Visit program sites and homes to observe implementation, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
Solve real-world challenges by creating innovative approaches that help individuals overcome barriers and build new skills.
Spend the majority of your time in homes and program settings, working directly with staff and individuals rather than sitting behind a desk.
Witness the impact of your work firsthand as individuals achieve meaningful milestones, gain confidence, and increase their independence.
Serve as a key resource for staff by providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure programs are delivered effectively.
