Valley Suns In-Arena Host (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated In-Arena Host to assist team members with bringing energy and excitement to the in-arena show for the Valley Suns.

Your Role on the Team

Serve as the primary on-court personality for the Valley Suns by performing in front of an audience with professionalism, energy and enthusiasm at all home games.

Participate in pre-production meetings, rehearsals and soundchecks for promotions and activations.

Ensure all Live Presentation promotions and activations are explained clearly and accurately to our fans.

Host community and brand events throughout the community

Your Skills and Experience

Ability to memorize and recite specific copy, including partner taglines & introductions.

Must demonstrate a strong on-camera presence, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to ad-lib when necessary and operate within strict timing guidelines

Must provide great interpersonal skills to all staff, fans & other stakeholders
A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in live events
A strong knowledge of basketball and the Valley Suns is preferred
High school diploma or GED
Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
