The Value Added Service Design SME at Maxis Mobile Sdn Bhd is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and development of innovative and commercially viable Value Added Services (VAS) for our mobile subscribers.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of new VAS products and services, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the VAS landscape.
* Define detailed product specifications, user stories, and user experience (UX) flows for VAS offerings.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery and launch.
* Develop business cases and financial models for proposed VAS, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
* Drive the continuous improvement and lifecycle management of existing VAS, identifying enhancement opportunities and addressing performance issues.
* Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of VAS design and implementation, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for VAS development.
* Present VAS concepts, designs, and performance updates to senior management.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product design, development, or management specifically within Value Added Services (VAS) in the telecommunications industry.
* Strong understanding of mobile network technologies, platforms, and their application in VAS.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative VAS products.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, business case development, and data-driven decision making.
* Proficient in creating detailed product specifications, wireframes, and user experience (UX) designs.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable.
