Value Manager (OFC)

Position Purpose:

The Value Manager will be responsible for driving value growth through ongoing training and consistent and motivating communication with our onsite staff and value teams while taking an active role in promoting a culture of outstanding customer service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Drive value growth through training, communication, and outlier identification.

2. Develop Supplier Facility action plans to drive performance (revenue, loyalty/retention, digital, value compliance, other charges and credits).

3. Communicate on Supplier Facility’s strategic initiatives and develop promotions.

4. Provide subject matter expertise, energy, and excitement around new products, pricing, promotions, incentives, and other initiatives.

5. Generate KPI action plans with onsite and value teams.

6. Monitor and act upon value outlier performance.

7. Attend regularly scheduled Value Manager meetings.

8. Conduct regular meetings with partners to provide updates, collaborate on strategies, determine challenges.

9. Provide support and direction to direct reports (Brand Champions).
