Van Technician / LCV Mechanic (£60k OTE | Step Up to HGVs & High Pay!)
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £47,876 basic per annum (£20.46/hr) + Overtime paid at x1.5 rate (£30.69/hr) — Realistic £60,000 OTE!
- Shift Options (45 hrs/wk):
- Early Shift: 06:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
- Late Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (includes Saturdays)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced LCV / Van Technician to join our fleet specialist team. Whether you want to master modern van maintenance or transition your skills into high-paying HGV work, you will handle diagnostic fault-finding, servicing, and repairs in a well-equipped, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle / Commercial Maintenance (or solid time-served LCV experience).
- Proven ability to perform servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting, and PMIs on modern commercial vehicles.
- Ambitious mindset with a genuine interest in upskilling into HGV/heavy commercial work.
- Full UK driving licence.
Location & Commute
- Base: Crayford area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Prime location right off major Kent and South East London road links (A2/M25 corridor).
- Commutable From: Crayford, Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Gravesend, Swanley, and Rochester.
