Role Summary

This role is responsible for designing, building, and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions and cloud-native applications that support large user populations. The individual will lead the development of innovative AI-powered products, scalable architectures, and automation capabilities while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex problems. Success in this role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
2. Lead the development of cloud-native applications, APIs, and AI-powered services using modern engineering practices.
3. Drive the integration and implementation of AI/LLM technologies within business applications and workflows.
4. Architect scalable, resilient, and secure solutions capable of supporting large-scale user adoption.
5. Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practice initiatives.
6. Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
7. Build and enhance deployment pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps capabilities.
8. Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across application, infrastructure, and AI solution layers.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define solution strategies and deliver business outcomes.
10. Mentor team members and contribute to technical capability development across engineering teams.
11. Establish and maintain architectural standards, development guidelines, and technical documentation.
12. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and champion innovative approaches that create measurable business value.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
• Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA).
• Minimum 5 years of related technology experience, including software engineering and solution delivery.
• Experience building and delivering AI solutions that support enterprise-scale environments and large user populations.
• Advanced expertise in AWS cloud services, GitHub, deployment pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), JavaScript, TypeScript, or related programming languages.
• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application design.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments and driving engineering best practices.
