VC Operations Analyst

**Role Description** The Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Office. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational processes across the firm, including building and implementing AI workflows across the organization, working cross-functionally within the firm with the investment team and operations team, supporting operational and administrative workloads, and aiding in the IT workload internally.

**Additional Qualifications**

- Customer service mindset, with the ability to support investor and partner requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics or BI tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in venture capital, startup operations, or other related fields is preferred.
