Обязанности: Single contact point for Customer on strategic partnership and operating questions in E2E Supply Chain: Develop a winning E2E SC Customer Strategy with purpose to drive Net Rev via OSA improvement and Cost optimization via joint productivity projects. Implement SC Customer Strategy using WCCE model (World Class Customer Engagement) and JVC approach (Joint Value Creation). Lead continuous improvement KA agenda in Russia to deliver productivity targets, build competitive advantage and ensure business growth. Improve and integrate business processes between the company and selected key customers in order to optimize costs, improve service reliability and efficiency of the supply chain from production to the shelf. Establish the vision, set up clear business objectives and must-win-battles, develop, implement and monitor KPIs system across SC. Coordination and approval of logistic contract terms Build a process of Collaborative Planning and Forecasting with Customer using Implant approach and Big Data capabilities. Improve PEP and Customer margin delivering activities for E2E write-off reduction. Building relationships (External and Internal). Share Global and Sector Best SC practices to lift the OU agenda and increase business efficiency. Develop policies and communicate/ensure that the partners clearly understand PepsiCo goals and objectives. SC Wiring set up and management with Customer. Scorecard development and alignment between Company and customers: Primary processing of requests and KA claims Participate in national/regional business communities to influence proactively upon business environment to secure PepsiCo priorities in Russia. Provide information, recommendations, and coordinate projects implementation. Monitoring, proactive communication and proposing remediation of operating risks that may affect the Company as well as leveraging opportunities to improve business efficiency Assure the quality and continuous improvement of the control environment, such that the assets are safeguarded and business practices are conducted in line with PepsiCo Standards & Policies Требования: Strong strategic thinking 5+ years of managerial experience. Successful track record with an international company, preferably FMCG. University Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Technical or equivalent. Leadership. Strong people leadership skills. A mature individual who makes immediate impact and gains trust. Self-motivated, energetic, proactive in his/her attitude to business. Focused, determined to succeed and contribute to team success. High level of personal integrity. Business partner attitude. Excellent team-working, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tough deadlines and deliver results. Fluent English and Russian.
