Veeva Platform Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Veeva Vault Solution Architect to bridge architecture and delivery across a global Veeva Vault platform.

Working closely with the Platform Senior Architect, you will translate high-level architectural direction into detailed solution designs that Configuration Specialists, Integration Engineers and QA teams can implement.

This is a hands-on architecture role requiring strong knowledge of Veeva Vault configuration and integrations rather than enterprise architecture governance.

• 5+ years of Solution Architecture or Solution Design experience.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Vault Configuration
  • Objects
  • Lifecycles
  • Workflows
  • Vault-to-Vault Connections
  • APIs
  • MuleSoft or similar integration technologies
• Experience creating solution design documentation.
• Experience working in GxP regulated environments.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple Veeva Vault applications.
• TOGAF knowledge.
• Veeva Vault certifications.
• Experience working in a Veeva CoE.
