Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist PromoMats
The team Veeva Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Development Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with Bayer's products.
Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives we collaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio.
- 3+ years in Java programming and REST APIs
- Experience in configuring Veeva Vault based solutions (Certification and experience in PromoMats preferred)
- Knowledge of VQL and integration tools
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and willingness to fill different roles with in it (Understanding of Agile tools (preferred: Azure DevOps (ADO))
- Experience with larger scale (3k +) user access management
- Experience in creating technical documentation
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate clearly, understand complex requirements and translate them into Vault technical configuration
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team
