Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist Regulatory One
The team Veeva Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Development Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with Bayer's products.
Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives we collaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist Regulatory One(m/f/d) to support our team. The main tasks of the position include:
You take care of configuring our Vault based on business requirements by adjusting objects, workflows and reports
Close collaboration with international stakeholders within the Bayer Veeva Enablement Platform, Business functions and Veeva
Gaining understanding about the business processes within your assigned Vault application
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in science or information technology
Proven Veeva Vault RIM expertise, having at least the Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential within the last 3 years (initial or annual exam)
Veeva Vault Regulatory One experience is a plus
Working experience in a GxP regulated area
Experience in creating technical documentation
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to communicate clearly, understand complex requirements and translate them into Vault technical configuration
Strong problem-solving skills

The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 15 360,00 PLN with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment.
This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
