Vehicle Assembler

Job Summary:

To assemble vehicle parts and components accurately and efficiently according to technical specifications and quality standards. The role contributes to the timely production of fully assembled and road-ready vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble vehicle components including engines, chassis, body panels, interior fittings, wiring, and accessories.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), blueprints, and technical drawings during assembly.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure quality at each stage.
  • Report defects, equipment malfunctions, or deviations from specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
  • Assist in routine maintenance of assembly tools and equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or vehicle assembly environment is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
