Hyundai is hiring a Vehicle Electronics Engineer at its Türkiye operation (based in Kocaeli) to support vehicle electronics in production: preparing and revising technical documents, troubleshooting production, machine and quality issues, supporting new model projects, and developing equipment concepts. We want you to:
- Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related with responsible areas
- Troubleshoot, resolve and report production process, machine and quality issues
- Actively role on new model project management and control
- Support to production department on technical & training subject
- Develop basic equipment concept for new equipment or modification existing, follow purchasing and installation
- Innovate and implement cost reduction and quality ideas
- Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures and instructions
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive Field especially in vehicle electronics
- Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
- Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad, Catia, etc.)
- Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in challenging situations within timing constraints
- No travel restrictions and capability of driving
- Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
