Job Summary
Drive sales growth by sourcing and developing new leads, promoting hire purchase and loan products, and building strong client and dealer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of hire purchase and loan products (HP & block discounting) to meet targets
- Source, develop, and follow up on new sales leads to expand customer base
- Promote financing solutions effectively to customers and dealers to support sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and dealers to enhance customer loyalty
- Manage work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines to ensure timely delivery of sales goals
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate sales processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hire purchase loans or the automobile industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Location: Ubi
- Working Days: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:15pm
- Salary: Basic $3,200 + Commissions
