JOB SUMMARY
The Service Technician interacts with customers professionally and courteously while receiving and discharging units at the Service Center. This role operates all makes and models of Vac-Con/Vector products to diagnose and repair unit deficiencies. The technician prepares accurate written and electronic documentation, completes service orders in a timely manner, and supports customer satisfaction through clear communication. The technician must work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively in a team environment. The role may also include assembly work, requires knowledge of the Vac-Con/Vector product line, and may involve limited-service operations as needed. This person must be well versed in CAN BUS technology

- Experience: 3-5 Years
- Certifications: ISO 11898-2 (Preferred)
- Other required KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical, hydraulic, water, and electrical systems.
- Must be willing to travel 30% of the time.
