Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

About The Role:

As the Vehicle Presentation Manager, you will organise, direct and oversee the daily operations of our Vehicle Presentation Department, ensuring every new, used and customer-owned vehicle is prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time. You'll manage workflow, lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee vehicle logistics and inventory, and work closely with our Sales, Service and Administration teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With a strong focus on service standards, quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency and continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in maintaining presentation standards, driving customer satisfaction, monitoring customer service outcomes and implementing service improvements, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Vehicle Presentation Department.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation to ensure all new, used and customer-owned vehicles are presented to the highest standard and delivered on time.
  • Manage vehicle presentation workflow, scheduling and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound vehicle logistics and maintain product inventory.
  • Oversee quality assurance and final vehicle presentation standards prior to vehicle delivery, ensuring dealership and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Develop, implement, review and continuously improve departmental procedures, service standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction outcomes, analyse customer service performance and implement initiatives to improve service quality and the overall customer experience.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Vehicle Presentation team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines, workplace safety standards, and dealership processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with the Sales, Service and Administration teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in automotive detailing, vehicle presentation or a similar role; leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and pride in your work
  • The ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
  • A current and valid driver's licence
