Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm – No Weekends!

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join one of Cheshire's larger independent automotive workshops.

Operating within a spacious, well-equipped facility, the business provides a comprehensive range of automotive services, including MOT testing, servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs.

With dedicated MOT testing facilities and multiple repair bays, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with a varied workload and an experienced technical team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
• Completing mechanical repairs across various makes and models
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Carrying out clutch, brake and suspension repairs
• Investigating faults using diagnostic equipment
• Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work
• Working across cars, vans and light commercial vehicles
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
• Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Experience working within a busy independent garage
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
