An opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established independent automotive business in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area.

The business provides a range of tyre, servicing and vehicle maintenance services, supporting motorists with everything from routine maintenance to more involved mechanical work.

You'll be joining a hands-on workshop environment where quality workmanship, reliability and customer service are important.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
• Completing general mechanical repairs
• Diagnosing and rectifying vehicle faults
• Carrying out brake and suspension work
• Completing tyre fitting, balancing and related work where required
• Undertaking vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Supporting the wider workshop team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
• Good all-round mechanical knowledge
• Confident carrying out servicing and repairs
• Experience with tyres, brakes and suspension
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
