Salary: £38,000 basic + bonus scheme (OTE £46,000)
Location: Lincoln
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with Saturday morning opening. Technician rota to be confirmed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing warranty and non-warranty repairs
• Carrying out brake, suspension and engine repairs
• Using manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment
• Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
• Maintaining manufacturer standards and repair procedures
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
• Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Dealership experience would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence
