We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician to join our busy, well-established independent garage. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician seeking stability, progression, and a positive working environment with no weekend work.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Automotive / Vehicle Technician (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)

• Proven experience in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs

• Confident use of diagnostic equipment and modern workshop tools

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused approach

• Full UK driving licence

• MOT Tester licence advantageous but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard

• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults

• Using diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues

• Completing inspections and recommending necessary repairs

• Working efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Keeping accurate records of work completed

• Communicating clearly with the workshop team

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
