Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to carry out routine servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting, and general mechanical repairs across a wide range of makes and models in a smooth, non-corporate environment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or solid time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven hands-on experience in vehicle servicing, general repairs, and diagnostic fault-finding.
• Commitment to high-quality, "right-first-time" standards of workmanship and care.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Location & Commute

• Base: West Malling area (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategic location with fast access off the M20, A20, and major Kent transport links.
• Commutable From: West Malling, Kings Hill, Maidstone, Aylesford, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Wrotham, and Medway.
