Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester at an established automotive centre in Bromborough, Wirral. Day to day: servicing, MOT testing and vehicle inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and brake/suspension repairs using diagnostic equipment, across multiple makes and models.
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Bromborough, Wirral
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with Saturday morning opening.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
- Completing MOT testing and vehicle inspections
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out brake, suspension and general mechanical repairs
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
- Completing vehicle health checks
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
- Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- MOT Tester licence would be advantageous
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence
