Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £42.5k basic per annum + rewarding performance bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our premier family-run workshop team. You will be responsible for conducting official MOT tests, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults across a diverse mix of makes and models, and performing general repairs to exceptionally high standards.

Requirements

• Active DVSA MOT Tester Licence (essential).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic competence with proven experience in a fast-paced workshop.
• Solid foundational knowledge of routine maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

• Base: Totton (Free secure on-site parking)
