Velocity Suite – FDE Product Manager, Manufacturing Industries
Summary
Drives adoption of Infor’s Velocity Suite (Process Mining, AI, and automation tools) in industrial manufacturing, aligning customer needs with product roadmaps and enabling measurable business outcomes through solution deployment and training.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to gather business requirements, document current processes, and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-enabled outcomes.
• Partner with Application Product Managers to align customer use cases with product roadmap priorities and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, partners, and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) resources to prototype, validate, and deploy solutions in customer environments.
• Support customer adoption activities including requirements definition, use case validation, solution demonstrations, training, and value realization reviews.
• Document business requirements, success criteria, implementation considerations, and expected business outcomes for proposed solutions.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback, enhancement requests, and market requirements to product and engineering teams.
• Support customer-facing engagements including workshops, executive briefings, strategic planning sessions, conferences, and industry events.
• Monitor adoption metrics, customer outcomes, and business value delivered through Velocity Suite implementations.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable use-case frameworks, implementation approaches, and adoption methodologies.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating customer needs into software, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise software applications supporting industrial manufacturing, supply chain operations, ERP, LN, or related business processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Services, Customer Success, or Partner organizations.
• Experience supporting customer-facing activities such as workshops, solution demonstrations, requirements gathering, adoption planning, or solution deployment.
• Knowledge of Process Mining, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, Generative AI, or related digital transformation technologies.
• Experience documenting use cases, business processes, functional requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to travel approximately 25–30%.
• Must be willing to work in the Atlanta office three days per week.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Experience working with LN applications supporting manufacturing, planning, supply chain, project-based manufacturing, or related operational processes.
• Knowledge of United States Government Cloud (Gov Cloud) requirements, compliance environments, or public-sector cloud deployments.
• Experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, Process Mining, or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise software environments.
• Experience collaborating with customers throughout solution lifecycle activities from use case discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Experience supporting product strategy, roadmap planning, portfolio management, or go-to-market activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
