About Us: Bernick’s is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.
Job Summary: Vending Account Reps cover an individualized route to fill and satisfy customer orders in traditional vending machines and micro markets.
Responsibilities:
- Service and stock vending machines and micro markets at assigned customer locations
- Rotate products and manage inventory levels to ensure freshness and availability
- Build strong relationships with customers through reliable service
- Maintain pricing accuracy for all products
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented vending equipment
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday, 4 - 10 hour days, with 1 day off per week
- 4:00AM-route completion
- Excellent customer service experience and communication skills
- Valid Class D driver’s license and driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
- Regularly lift and move product weighing 30-50 pounds
- Regularly push product cart weighing up to 165 pounds
- Repetitively bend, lift, twist while moving product around
- Comfortable working independently and managing a route
- Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
- Team members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.
