Vendor Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a Vendor Compliance Analyst to join our Operations team. The Vendor Compliance Analyst should be a business professional, have the ability to multi-task extensively with success, while staying organized, and is a self-starter who works independently, as well as, in a team environment with minimal instruction to meet deadlines in a timely manner. The Analyst role requires a person who is confident, with a strong understanding of operations. They must also have the ability to communicate concisely with all levels of employees within the company and its customers. The Vendor Compliance Analyst will be responsible for an array of tasks that encompass the entire workflow process within the Vendor Compliance team, beginning with new customer set-up through management of ongoing customer requirements, to avoid future non-compliance deductions.
What you will do in this role:
Analysis of Fossil customer’s requirements for onboarding
Decrease costs through non-compliance deductions by research and dispute of erroneous claims
Monitor, track, implement or negotiate as customer requirements changes to support Fossil’s best practices or secure exemptions
Create and maintain support documentation for execution of customer requirements within Fossil
Develop new and maintain existing relationships (internal and external) to support collaboration for mutually successful outcomes
Project management, whether independently or within a team, to aid in the completion of complex, challenging and time-sensitive projects

2+ years of the following:
Microsoft Word and Excel
Google Mail, Drive and Docs
SAP
AS400/PKMS
Customer Service/Support/Operations
Vendor Compliance Deductions and/or Requirements
Multifaceted, allowing for the ability to acclimate seamlessly into any setting
Must be able to collaborate within a multi-functional team
Highly focused self-starter
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to successfully multi-task in a high paced environment with conflicting priorities
Analytical with superior attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Team player who also works well independently
Bilingual is a plus
