Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and compliance standards

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers

Negotiate contracts, pricing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and terms & conditions

Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards

Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as procurement, finance, legal, and operations teams

Manage vendor risk, compliance, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and escalations efficiently

Conduct regular vendor reviews, audits, and performance assessments

Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for value improvement

Maintain accurate vendor documentation, contracts, and records

Support procurement strategies, sourcing activities, and supply chain optimization

Ensure ethical sourcing and sustainability practices where applicable

Prepare reports and dashboards on vendor performance, spend analysis, and contract status
