Vendor Master Data Analyst ll

Summary

Analyzes and maintains vendor master data records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax regulations while meeting SLAs and supporting audits.

The Intermediate Vendor Master Data Analyst is responsible for executing new and updating Vendor Master Data requests through the Vendor Master Data Platform.

What you'll do

  • Execute Vendor Master Data creation, maintenance, and platform requests.

  • Understand and apply all local process exceptions and country-specific tax regulations.

  • Meet established Vendor Master Data SLAs.

  • Perform Vendor Master Data clean-up and support quarterly audits.

  • Handle routine and non-routine internal and external audit requests.

  • Escalate process and/or system issues to Management when necessary.

  • Identify improvement initiatives to obtain best practices and help identify automation projects.


What experience you need

  • Education: University student or graduate holding a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years working in Vendor Master Data or Accounts Payable.

  • Tech Stack: 1–2 years of proficiency in Excel

  • Languages: English (B2–C2).
