GlenFlow is an international Venture Studio that creates and scales technology companies across AI, enterprise software, automation, and emerging industries. We identify high-potential market opportunities, validate business ideas, and transform them into venture-backed companies.

We are looking for a proficient Venture Analyst to become one of the first members of our venture creation team. You will research industries, identify venture opportunities, validate business ideas, and help design new companies from concept to investment readiness.

Your Responsibilities

1. Market Research
Research global industries, technology trends, customer problems, and high-potential market opportunities.

2. Venture Analysis
Evaluate market size, competitive landscape, business models, commercial potential, technology readiness, and venture-scale opportunities.

3. Customer Validation
Conduct and analyze interviews with English-speaking B2B customers, validate assumptions, and refine venture concepts.

4. Investment Preparation
Prepare investment memos, market analyses, financial models, and present recommendations in English to the internal investment committee.

5. Venture Methodology
Build a repeatable research framework, standardize venture evaluation, and contribute to the firm’s venture creation methodology.

  • You can evaluate market size, competition, customer demand, unit economics, and commercial viability.
  • You can conduct industry research, develop business cases, and prepare investment-grade investment memos in English.
  • You can validate business ideas through structured customer interviews and market analysis.
  • You can recommend whether to launch or reject a venture opportunity based on evidence, market potential, and commercial feasibility.

Preferred Background

Candidates may come from one or more of the following backgrounds:

  • Strategy Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big Four Strategy, or boutique consulting firms)
  • Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Investment Analysis
  • Product Management or Product Strategy in B2B SaaS, AI, Enterprise Software, or Robotics
  • Founder, Founder Associate, Startup Operator, or Innovation Lead with experience launching new products or businesses
