Venture Builder Healthcare and Robotics
You will take an elderly-care healthcare robotics venture from problem definition through MVP scoping, launch, testing, and iteration. You will work with founders to shape strategy, validate customer needs, refine the product vision, assess commercial opportunities, and communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own the early venture build from problem definition and MVP scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration
- Get products into users’ hands quickly using lean experiments to validate assumptions
- Shape the customer experience and product vision while balancing user, commercial, and technical needs
- Work with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum
- Support ventures through studio stage gates and evidence-backed investment committee decisions
- Identify opportunities through market dynamics, emerging technology, and user behavior
- Communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations to founders and the wider studio
Requirements
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience in healthcare robotics, robotics-as-a-service, clinical operating systems or platforms, or elderly-care technology
- Technical grounding in hardware or autonomous robots and the ability to work with engineering teams on architecture and trade-offs
- Experience with lean methodologies and experimental approaches
- Ability to work across product, design, technology, and growth
- Ability to build no-code or low-code solutions, prototypes, or proofs of concept
- Ability to develop ideal customer profiles, value propositions, pricing hypotheses, and early go-to-market approaches
- Exposure to simultaneous localization and mapping and wideband signal-processing intellectual property is preferred
