You will take an occupational-safety health technology venture from problem definition and MVP scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration. You will validate assumptions through lean experiments, shape the customer experience and product vision, and work with founders to sharpen strategy and drive momentum. You will help prepare evidence-backed investment decisions, monitor market dynamics and user behaviour, and communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end early build from problem definition and MVP scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration
  • Get products into users' hands quickly using lean experiments to validate assumptions and generate learning
  • Shape the customer experience and product vision while balancing user, commercial, and technical needs
  • Work with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum
  • Help ventures progress through studio stage gates and support evidence-backed investment decisions
  • Identify opportunities through market dynamics, emerging technology, and user behaviour
  • Communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations to founders and the wider studio

Requirements

  • Background in digital health, medicine, or wearables
  • Ability to connect wearable sensors with employer-facing real-time dashboards
  • Experience with regulatory clearance or licensing for a health or safety product
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies and experimental approaches
  • Ability to work across product, design, technology, and growth
  • Technical ability to build no-code or low-code solutions, prototypes, or proofs of concept
  • Ability to develop ideal customer profiles, value propositions, pricing hypotheses, and early go-to-market plans
  • Research or clinical exposure to pulmonary disease or occupational safety is a bonus
