Venture Manager

As Venture Manager you are responsible for the operational side of our venture projects. You will design new digital business models and products, take responsibility for their successful and sustainable implementation and ensure the coordination of teams and customers.

• …lead a project through all phases of the Bitrock Venture Building process: from idea generation, validation and product development to the company foundation and scaling
• …identify new trends and market needs, based on which you create customer-oriented business cases, marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• …evaluate and validate new business ideas based on e.g., market research and interviews with lead customers
• …ensure sustainable and efficient working modes within the cross-functional project team
• …independently coordinate and manage the respective project

Your skills

Ideally, you bring along:

• Diploma, Master’s degree, MBA or comparable education
• At least 2.5 years of relevant experience in agile product management (project management, founding a start-up, etc.)
• Very high coordination and communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking (with a good dose of creativity)
• A proactive and structured way of working, which requires both, hands-on and collaborative teamwork
• Fluent in German and English is a must
