Venue Manager | Browns Plains
We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the reins at Browns Plains, a venue that's built a strong reputation on the back of great gaming performance, backed up by quality food, beverage, functions and accommodation. It's a venue with three solid years of trading behind it, a loyal local following, and plenty of room to keep building. We're after someone who can walk in, understand what makes the place tick, and take it to the next level.
What we're after
- At least 3 years' experience managing a venue of a similar size and style
- Commercially sharp — you know your numbers, drive sales, and manage labour and costs without needing to be told twice
- A visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front and is out on the floor building real relationships with the team
- A genuine focus on customers and community — building relationships with regulars and locals, and making sure every guest has a great experience

- Base salary $105,000–$120,000 + quarterly KPI bonus up to $44,000 p.a., OTE up to $164,000 achievable all year round
