Vessel Operations Executive

Job Description:

• In-charge of assigned vessels' operations, both owned and chartered in

• Overlooking all running operational matters for the managed vessel

• Monitor and update vessels movements

• Manage all post-fixture activities

• Manage port requirements for vessels quick turnaround

• Handle freight payment and invoice issuing from Charterers

• Monitor loading and discharging process and propose opportunity for improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Maritime Studies or equivalent

• At least 1 years working experience in similar industry

• Required languages: English and Mandarin and liaising with HQ in Guang Zhou.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Good team player

• Fresh grad with relevant maritime qualifications is welcome to apply
