Veterinarian - Experienced or New Grad

Who we are:

Earlysville Animal Hospital in Earlysville, VA, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our compassionate and collaborative team. We are primarily seeking an experienced veterinarian but may consider a motivated new graduate. Mentorship opportunities include shadowing experienced doctors, extended appointment times, and one-on-one surgical training. Our full-time veterinarians typically work 3–4 days per week with rotating Saturdays and no after-hours or on-call requirements. Experience and a strong interest in soft tissue surgery are highly preferred, as our practice is seeking a veterinarian who is confident performing surgical procedures and eager to further develop our surgical services.

Located just minutes from Charlottesville, our well-established, six-doctor small animal practice offers a supportive environment, excellent medical resources, and a team that genuinely cares about one another and the patients we serve.

About Our Practice

Our spacious, recently renovated hospital features six exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, and a large treatment area. We are equipped with:

• Digital radiography and dental radiography
• Ultrasound
• Therapeutic and surgical lasers
• Acupuncture services
• Four Licensed Veterinary Technicians and five veterinary assistants
• Fear Free-trained support staff
