We're a multi-doctor, small-animal practice searching for an Associate Veterinarian who wants great medicine and the freedom to enjoy everything SoCal has to offer.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $150,000-$190,000+ based on experience
- Production-based bonuses
- Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For:
- DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited program, or ECFVG/PAVE certification
- 1+ years of experience, plus enthusiasm for surgery and the drive to keep sharpening your skills
- A passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care
- A collaborative teammate who enjoys learning alongside others
