What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and their pets warmly
• Answer phones and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and check clients in and out
• Process payments accurately
• Educate clients on preventive care and next steps for their pets
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Support a positive, team-first experience for clients and coworkers

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A tolerance for puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
• Availability for rotating Saturday shifts
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
