Dripping Springs Pet Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We’re a community-focused small animal hospital that prioritizes quality medicine, compassionate care, and building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while keeping our hospital running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and client education.
- Coordinate with our veterinary team to support efficient patient care.
- Help clients understand services, treatment recommendations, and next steps.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous veterinary hospital or medical reception experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A friendly, professional approach with clients and coworkers.
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely cares about pets and their people.
