What This Role Is？

You are a builder across the stack.

You don’t say: “I’m frontend” or “I’m backend”

You: See a problem → design the system → ship the whole thing

Using AI as leverage. If you’ve never built a full feature (backend + UI) using AI tools end-to-end, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Do？

End-to-End Building

• Turn ideas into production systems:
• API → pipeline → UI → integration
• Build:
• backend services (Go / Python / Node)
• internal tools (React / Next.js)
• data pipelines (logs, detection, events)

Backend / System Work

• Handle real-world complexity:
• file uploads (multi-part, chunked)
• streaming APIs (SSE, long polling)
• reverse engineering SaaS behaviors (Gmail, Dropbox, Slack)
• Design:
• detection pipelines (rule + AI hybrid)
• high-throughput systems (ClickHouse / queue-based)

Fullstack (Practical, Not Fancy)

• Build UIs that help users:
• investigate incidents
• understand data flows
• Focus:
• clarity > perfection
• speed > pixel polish

AI-Native Development

• Use AI tools daily:
• Claude Code / Cursor / GPT
• Apply AI in product:
• classification
• summarization
• risk detection

• Strong in at least one:
• Go / Python / Node.js
• Can build basic frontend:
• React / Next.js / similar
• Understand:
• HTTP / APIs / async flows
• basic data storage concepts

Bonus (High Signal)

• Experience with:
• proxies (Caddy / Envoy)
• security / DLP / CASB
• streaming systems / logs
• Built side projects end-to-end
• Uses AI tools daily in development
