Vice Chair for Research - Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine

The George Washington Medical Faculty Associates’ Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation medicine is seeking a physician or non-physician scientist for the position of Vice Chair of Research. The sought Vice Chair for Research is a visionary and dynamic leader. This senior leadership role is critical to advancing our mission to become a nationally recognized center of excellence in neurological research. The Vice Chair for Research will shape the department's research trajectory, mentor the next generation of clinician-scientists, and foster collaborative, interdisciplinary initiatives.The appointment, expected to begin as early as Fall 2025, will be at the rank of associate or full professor, and a competitive start-up package will be provided to support the successful candidate's research program. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
